FirstFocus, a mobile attention training app for first responders

First responders in rural areas see a great deal and have very little support nearby. FirstFocus tests whether a few minutes of attention training on a phone, done before anything has gone wrong, can reduce the stress problems that tend to follow. It is funded by the John and Polly Sparks Grant from the American Psychological Foundation.
