Tamara Garcia

Tamara Garcia earned a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Sociocultural Anthropology from the University of California, Davis. She worked as a research assistant at Dr. Julie Schweitzer's Attention, Impulsivity, Regulation Lab at the UC Davis MIND Institute, where she assisted on the Mapping Impulsivity's Neurodevelopmental Trajectory Study for the young adult population. In 2021, she studied the COVID-19 Pandemic Effects on College Students with ADHD Symptoms for her Summer Fellowship at UC Davis. Tamara is now researching Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity and Anxiety Diorders with an interest in mindfulness.
