Angel Lee

2nd year PhD

I’m originally from Hong Kong and joined PAU right after completing my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Family Studies at the University of British Columbia. As an undergrad, I worked in Dr. Catherine Ann Cameron’s Child and Teen Studies Lab, assisting on a longitudinal project exploring intellectual integrity in children. I also spent time in Dr. Frances Chen’s Social Health Lab, where I studied how stress, social skills, and depression-related symptoms differ between teenage and adult women who use hormonal contraceptives.

These experiences have shaped my primary interest in anxiety disorders. Outside of school, I enjoy reading, discovering new cafés and restaurants, practicing Lagree, and playing volleyball.
